I brought my Acura RDX in for routine maintenance. I mentioned my fob wasn't working properly. I replaced the battery 3 weeks prior. They checked and put a new battery in my fob, no charge. It worked perfectly. In a reasonable amount of time, 1 hour my routine maintenance was completed and I was back on the road. I would recommend Southern Acura service department.
Cisco was great and assisted me with my issue on the spot. I didn't call ahead and just showed up and he was able to fit me in. After I picked my car he called to check if everything was good. Great service.

Everything was great. There were no negative experiences. The refreshment center was well stocked. The waiting area was very accommodating.
I had an emergency repair and the entire staff jumped into action. They got my car in first thing the next morning, kept me up-to-date on diagnosis and status, and got my car back to me, including a car wash before lunch. Truly fantastic service.
