Devin and Kevin are true professionals I have always had their attention and their focus when I have visited I have now bought my seventh MDX from this dealership if you count Hall automotive before Hand. I have bought six from Devin ; that should tell you all you need to know. Kevin has been my service manager ever since he arrived at this dealership; Prior to that he was my service manager at A previous dealership. As far as I’m concerned, I think both Devin and Kevin are true professionals. I count them as now friends.

Great other than waiting hours for finance, despite having an appointment at 10:00 am. We were on time, but didn't get into finance until 2:00 pm. I find this unacceptable.

I reported on time talk with the service rep which she accepted my key fob and was asked to wait in lounge which I did drank a cup of coffee watch a little bit of TV and checked out the New Acura vehicle that was on sale department floor. I was about an hour or two my wait wasn’t too long pretty fast I think anyway the rep called me and said my vehicle was ready and that all was good. Bracey and her manager with the Parts Department are absolute angels. I'm with a body shop across the country and had been looking for a part that we had consistently gotten screwed on from our local shops. It took all of about 10 minutes for these guys to help us and get us everything we needed, on the way and even sooner than our local options. I was quite disappointed with the lack of action on the company’s part around their messaging on being able to go into any Southern Acura for a quick oil change. I reside in Richmond and needed an oil change and contacted the Newport News Service Center and had bright recording explaining their quick service on oil change. I called the service center twice to ensure that it was the case and no answer. Took a little time to get an appointment for my recalled part, but that could have been Acura not having parts available. I do not care for the AI helper when you call either, it just seems to waste more time as I tell the answering service, "service" on three different menus.
