Cisco in the service department is great, he always makes sure my vehicle taken care of especially if it is an urgent matter. The service department is overall pretty great and is the reason I will only bring my Acura to Southern Acura Newport News.
Quick service. Friendly staff. My only complaint is with Acura itself in terms of taking so long to get recall parts. There is still one more recall I am waiting for.

Service was excellent. Had A1 maintenance done on my vehicle and got a state inspection as well. Prices were reasonable. The only reason a star got knocked off was for how far booked ahead their appointments are. Took 2.5 weeks to get in. Otherwise, great place.
Jessica, the assistant service mgr, is always so friendly and helpful. My car was making a horrible noise and it had just been inspected a week prior. I had the car towed into her at 9 am because I feared it was my brakes so I didn’t want to drive it and she was calling by 1 to say it was fixed, it was part of my warranty cost wise, and it was ready for pick up….on a Monday on one of their busiest mornings. I am the type of customer that loves a user friendly but up to date system. This dealerships scheduling system is top notch. While your car is in service you receive email correspondence on recommendations using a 3 color system (red yellow green) based on when a repair will be needed. Another amazing experience is you receive a video from the technician showing you the service that was performed. Customer service since I started coming to this dealership has been wonderful. No matter who you speak with, they are professional, friendly and personable. I would recommend this dealership for.

Too expensive for a change of oil. You have to bring people in with lower prices for ordinary things like change of oil and we will do more if there are competitive prices
