Devin and Kevin are true professionals I have always had their attention and their focus when I have visited I have now bought my seventh MDX from this dealership if you count Hall automotive before Hand. I have bought six from Devin ; that should tell you all you need to know. Kevin has been my service manager ever since he arrived at this dealership; Prior to that he was my service manager at A previous dealership. As far as I’m concerned, I think both Devin and Kevin are true professionals. I count them as now friends.

Great other than waiting hours for finance, despite having an appointment at 10:00 am. We were on time, but didn't get into finance until 2:00 pm. I find this unacceptable.

My battery draining issue was resolved a diagnosed and it was resolved by Services removing switch/motor on front passenger seat
I reported on time talk with the service rep which she accepted my key fob and was asked to wait in lounge which I did drank a cup of coffee watch a little bit of TV and checked out the New Acura vehicle that was on sale department floor. I was about an hour or two my wait wasn’t too long pretty fast I think anyway the rep called me and said my vehicle was ready and that all was good. Was always made sure I was comfortable and there was refreshment .I was informed what was going on with my car. What needed to be done now or soon. Love my Acura. Had a recall issue. Kevin ensured all went smoothly - from contacting me to schedule repair, ordering the part & then ensuring the service to fix problem was completed in a timely and professional manner.
The staff was prompt and courteous. Waiting area was quiet and comfort. My only issue is that I had an appointment at 0830. I receive my Jeep after 1015. The oil change and courtesy inspection should not take almost two hours, should it?

I was quite disappointed with the lack of action on the company’s part around their messaging on being able to go into any Southern Acura for a quick oil change. I reside in Richmond and needed an oil change and contacted the Newport News Service Center and had bright recording explaining their quick service on oil change. I called the service center twice to ensure that it was the case and no answer. Took a little time to get an appointment for my recalled part, but that could have been Acura not having parts available. I do not care for the AI helper when you call either, it just seems to waste more time as I tell the answering service, "service" on three different menus.
